Is it true that once your leg muscles have fully grown, it means you won't g!

Question: First of all your height is given by the length of the bone shafts, not of your muscles. And yes, if you do exercise a lot your muscular mass will grow bigger and bigger, and you will finish by looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger when playing the role in Terminator :)
When the bones in your skeleton are fully grown, you will not grow anymore...unless you do some hurtfull procedures, that imply surgery.
