Late growth spurt?!

Question: Hello I am a 17 yo male, current height of 5'7 now. Ive pretty much grown steadily throughout my life, hitting no major growth spurts. My dad is about 5'10 and mum is 5'8, my brother is 5'11 hes 24 and shot up at around 16/17. My diet is pretty healthy having a variety of nutrients, I play sports whenevr i can go for a lot of walks and jogs. I have at least 10 hours + sleep a day. Recently my knees and calves have been hurting and aching alot, pretty sure its not injured either.

So my question is, late growth spurt?

Hi went to a height calculation site and entered in the details of your Mum and Dad. Glad u did that.

It came up with the prediction that you would be nearly 6ft.

I have included the site for your reference below and some other bits on the subject.

Notes on the Calculated Height:
This program calculates a child's height from their genetic potential for growth, which is based on an evaluation of mid-parental height. It is important to remember that other factors can be involved in your child's final adult height besides their genetic potential, including their overall health and nutrition.

I know two girls in a family who grew at different times. One grew to most of her height by 13 and the other did not start growing taller until 15. They are both the same height now.

The body continues to develop and grow until some say about 21.

So hold on and I am sure you will get taller.

It's just bloody frustrating waiting isn't it. VBG

Ohhhhh the aches and pains are probably growing pains. These can be helped with some massage or bowen treatments.

It is possible.

that would be great. i grew until about 19 i think

I'm 23 going 24 and I've invested a lot of hope that it is somehow possible to still grow a bit more at my age (I understand I may be a tad too old but still- I'm as hard headed as I am unsatisfiable).

In anycase, there is a medically verified record of a 23 year-old dwarf who suddenly grew to about the height of 7'+. Unfortunately, he was so weakened by the sudden spurt that he was bedridden until his death in his early forties, I think. To date, his is the only man in medical history who has both been a dwarf and a giant. True story, though I'm writing this from memory.

In any case, my last spurt happened around that time as well. I was also 5'7 (my dad was 5'3 and my mum was 5 flat) and I'm now 5'9-ish to 5'10-ish on a good day. All I know is, a growth spurt at 17 is not too late to be late enough ?_?
