yes it stains.....not as bad, but for the most part we have controll over it.
It could stain depending on how long it is allowed to remain on your clothes. It's easier to come out than blood though, that's for certain. Sperm, of course, doesn't come out like a period. If you are majorly aroused, you could let go of a few drops of precum, but at best, they'd only leave a small, very pale spot.
