I always have very little ENERGY, What can i do?!!?!

Question: I am 18, i go to College, party, (occasionally, don't tend to get drunk) but i find that i have little energy for the day.

I wake, go to school, do my stuff come back, and an hour later i am gone, i just don't have the will to do anything, maybe go to sleep, or do something simple like watch TV.

I drink, coffee, had times when i drank lots of coffee, had a week where i went cold turkey on the caffeine, ( was a strange week) i go to sleep late at times, but i also had a week where i went to sleep early, and even so i still find little energy, and i know i don't have M.E. or anything.

What i can do to start feeling energized without being overloaded with caffeine?

Well, the first thing you need to do is quit the coffee, or caffeinated drinks, whatever it is you are drinking.
Drink lots of water instead, like about half your body weight in ounces. Fruit juices without the sugar is not a bad idea either.
Try to get to bed early, like say 9:00 or 9:30 p.m.
Next, wake up early, like around 5 :00 a.m. or if thats too early, then try 6:00 a.m.
Try to also get 30 minutes of sunshine everyday, this helps produce the melatonin for sleep.
Another thing that helps is exercise, do it in the morning, preferably, it rejuvenates the body and gives it a boost of energy for the day.
Also your diet may have to change, try to get in more raw food like salads and raw vegetables, fruits etc. Limit your intake of sugar.
Try to get enough rest at night, and you should have plenty of energy to do much more than just come back from college and sleep. Hope this helps

change your diet, force yourself to exercise. you will feel better. but you should still have a doctor do some blood work and if there is nothing and you still have low energy after changing your diet and exercising maybe an MRI.

-talk to your doctor
-excercise regularly
-drink gatorade/energy drinks
-get plenty of sleep
-dont get drunk
