go to GNC and get musscle milk or protien powder or somthing and workout

u can't when i tried at the age 16 i drank proteins and work out 2hours a day nothing changed i stoped i waited at the age 16 now i felt like my body gain muscles so wait at the age of 16

I got ripped by lifting weights, and pushups, situps, crunches, etc.

I'm 13 if that helps.
