Actually acc.2 ma height ma weight is ok.........but i wanna reduce.........but !


Question: There are many ways to reduce weight but you should chose a healthy way.You should have a fast metaboilc rate for which you have to eat frequent meals.It is better to have six frequent meals in place of three big meals.Avoid fried food eat lot of vegetables and fruits as these two things are having lot of vitamins and fibre which are needed for successful weight loss.
You have to lead an active way of life.start an exercise program and ask your friends and family members to join you this will be a great help for you.

well its simple .. just cut off the portion of leg below u'r knees ....
or if u feel pain in doing that chop off u'r head
