How come I can never get fully erect?!

Question: I am 18 and have an average sized penis. I can get erect but it doesn't seem to be a full fledged erection.

I don't really get that "hot and heavy" feeling during anything sexual.

I wear boxer-briefs, maybe the constriction affects it?

Maybe the girls I am getting intimate with don't erouse me?

I don't know, I mean I seem to do fine during Masturbation, and I don't feel nervous during sex, it just doesn't rise to the occasion.

Could it be affected if I ejaculate less then 12 hours beforehand?

It could be a number of things.

First and foremost, it could be that you're just not aroused enough. Maybe it's your partners, maybe it's the environment or setting, or maybe you should reconsider your sexuality (that's not meant as an insult in any way, a lot of guys who go to urologists for 'erectile disfunction' are actually gay or bisexual, and are simply not aroused by their wives/girlfriends/lovers as such)

Secondly: performance anxiety. Maybe you get nervous without realizing it. You don't always have to get that weird butterfly-in-stomach feeling to be nervous.

Third: Frequent masturbation. Yes, it could be an effect of having ejaculated less than 12 hours beforehand. However, for your age, your refractory period (the time between ejacultaion and being able to be aroused again) should be significantly shorter than 12 hours. However, that's a generalization and you should try maybe holding off on ejaculating between 12 and 24 hours before sexual intercourse to see if it makes a difference.

Lastly, true erectile disfunction. It's rare in guys your age, but it does happen. If the problem persists, or is inhibiting sexual function, you may need to see a doctor to discuss medication options.

Best of luck, sorry to hear about your problem.

Why do you think that this case is a strange one in men?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

did youever get a medical ckeck for your male organ
you can contact me for more details

theres a valve that stops the blood going back into the body after it has gone into the penis.. the blood presure is what makes it erect and if the valve is not closing properly the presure can not rise to full hard.. anyway this is just an idea

Bro, I didn't even know you were a candidate! When did you run for erections? Are you a Democrat, Republican, Green Party, or etc?
