Dude your only 13 you dont need to worry about your size you dont need it for a while anyway Just continue with your boxers adn youll be fine. there are some boxer birefs or briefs that will make you look bigger bringing your package up and out but then you have to deal with the lockerromm comments

The underwear won't help if you are wearing droopy pants. Otherwise wear briefs and pack yourself in a way that shows.

You're 13, your penis is far from done growing. Stop worrying about it's size. Even if you are smaller when you get older, it shouldn't make a difference if you know how to use it well. Size doesn't matter, at least not to someone who loves you for you and not your body. And if you're really curious about underwear to show off your equipment, bikini briefs, jockstraps, and whitey tighties are the best.

You're 13 dude quit worrying about this crap. You can't be packing enough to show off at that age anyway and even if you were you should because ... YOU'RE THIRTEEN!

But if you want my opinion on underwear go with boxer briefs they're tight enough to hold everything in place, boxers are too loose and at your age you're going to get erections every fifteen seconds so boxers are a very bad idea unless you like everyone knowing you're excited and briefs make you look like you're a little kid, so grab a pack of boxer briefs.
no specific kind of boxers or something will help your "unit" get bigger the thing that will help is time and FSH (puberty horomones) oh by the way if anyone looks down there W/O your consent tell them off.
At 13 years of age you are not suppose to packing a whole lot of meat. Let your body grow before you worry about how much your packing.
