I have had both and it feels the same to me but other girls may say different. It don't matter if the guy is circumcised or not, I don't fall in love with a guy for his penis i fall in love with for who he is and not what he has or hasn't got.
most girls don't know the difference! Probably not circumsized looks best, but i suppose each has their advantages!
