There is no such thing as "normal." If you're a woman that's entirely possible. There are grown women who have never seen their own vaginas, and some that either do not masturbate or never learned how.
If you're a male then that's perhaps odd because the equipment is right out there in reach and easily accessible. But it could be you have a low libido and didn't have much interest. I know I was masturbating at a very young age.
