Health Question!!!! Please Help!!!!! I Need To Know This Fast!!!!?!


Question: I'm a 17 year old male. I'm about 5 foot 8-9 inches tall and i weigh about 200 pounds. At my age and height what is the weight i should be at right now? I heard for every 5 feet tall that you are you should weigh 100 pounds, and for every inch after that that is another 10 pounds you should weigh. Does that have any truth to it? And if you know what the recomended weight for me is could you please let me know? Thank you so much.

If you can grab a huge handful of fat around your midsection, you could stand to loose a bit. I am 210 at 6 ft but am not fat so it depends on your frame & how you carry it eg is it more muscle or fat.
Dont bother with the bmi scale should it be mentioned, we are all fat & obsese according to it.

it depends on ur hormones.

It all depends on your body type, hormones, and genes. That's really all that I can tell you. Look at your parents and their parents. That should give you an idea :)

There's no equation for your weight. Take a look! Do you carry too much weight? You should know this by looking. 200 is a bit much for 5'9".....
