Shaving legs?!
Question: Should I shave them with a razor and shaving cream? Or should I use an electric personal groomer? How much does permanent hair removal cost. Or is waxing a good idea?

Well, my health teacher said shaving body hair makes you more agile or something, so I suggest you do in fact, shave.
I suggest just the original razor and shaving cream. It's smaller than those groomer things, cheaper than hair removal, and less painful than waxing.
So yeah.
I cant tell you what to shave on your body. But i can tell you what works for your face works for your legs.
don't worry it is not bad to have hair to your body....
so i am gonna say that ur gay but i am a girl i use just soap and a razor waxing hurts like hell
well. if your a guy (which im guessing you are) unless it is a MAJOR problem leave it!! gys look sooooooo stupid to most girls with shaved/waxed areas.....but if it IS a a major prob try lasor hair removal. it is expensive at some places but it will permantley get rid f the hair after a few visists....

just shave it. use soap and a razor and be careful not to go to fast, otherwise it can peel off some of the skin
