yeah everyone can have cramps in any spot
if i've had sex and ejaculated too many times in one day, then ya.... but other then that, no.
but even then, its not really cramps-- its more so just sore.
Yeah cramps can happen for guys from anything to eating the wrong food to pulling an abdominal muscle. He should really man up though...tell him that...but if you want it to go away, heat up so hot water, put it into a sac, place it onto his estomac, and tell him to fall asleep with it in on him. When he wakes up, he'll feel grrrrrreat.

Men do not suffer from PMS, that is of course unless you consider putting up with the women in their lives who have it, "suffering" from it.
Your B.F. probably has some gas, in a couple of hours or so, maybe less, he will release it and feel much better.
When I eat too much I have stomach cramps....I don't bleed out of my penis for a week though....just the cramps.
