I bet that you 'dress' to the left. There is a central tendon inside the penis and whichever way you tuck it when you get dressed can slowly stretch it in that direction and over time it will lean or be curved in that direction. It is perfectly normal, and can actually heighten sexual pleasure in women, so there is no need to worry about it. However, if this really bothers you (some people are just simply disturbed that their body isn't symmetrical) then you start dressing to the other side, as well as pulling it to the right when you masturbate. It will feel completely 'wrong' at first because you stretching it in a way you are not used to, but in a few months time it will straighten out. Then just switch back and forth every so often to keep it straight, or wear underwear that it just snug enough to pull your flaccid penis straight up in your pants, then there will be no curve in any direction.
But again, it is totally fine that it is curved to the side. Some men roll their penis straight forward, and so their penis curved out and down.... that can actually make it quite difficult to have sex in some positions. I don't recommend doing that to your penis. It is much harder to correct that a side curve, and can actually cause issues, unlike a side curve which can give added pleasure!
Now, about your testicles.... it is normal and preferred for one to be higher than the other. That is because when you close your legs there isn't much space, and you would be smashing them together if nature didn't correct the situation by making one lower. It is just natures way of making more space. It is healthy and good for them to be that way.

Bro really dont even worry about it. The way your stuff is positioned isnt going to be perfect. Everyones penis isnt going to perfectly straight when erect. As for the testical thing, Everyone is like that, one always hangs lower than the other. Its not perfectly symetrical. If you really think its lower than average then consult a doc about it, other than thats its perfectly normal.

about your penis - nothing to worry about. chordee (bent penis) is normal is 74% males. the bent penises stimulate the vagina better than the straight penises. your partner will be very lucky.
