Yeah, that's normal. Will probably get better when you're in your 20s, if you're a teen now.
all my friends have more hair on my face than me.....I dont know why but I cant grow any hair.....I guess time will tell and just be patient
You do know that was a fake beard Gerard Butler was wearing right? He couldn't get his own to grow the way director wanted it, so they got a fake one. And if you continually shave and shave it will maybe grow in thicker, but possible that that area may never fill in.
