No, the groups that have a majority of circumcized men are Jews, Muslims, and the USA.
However, in the USA, circumcision rates for newborns are now around 50% and dropping, so things are changing here.
The simple answer here is "no".
I think the rate of circumsized men in the UK is around 15%, the same as the worldwide rate.
Circumsizion is only really practised for religious purposes, or tradition in the USA only.
