How can I keep from gaining extra pounds?!


Question: Steer clear of fatty foods, we all know what they are. eat fruit and veg, brown bread. Don't eat massive sized meals.
Look for low fat foods. They are just as tasty when you really look.
Our stomach isn't really all that big, its about the size of a fist. Also get atleast 30 minutes of excersise a day. Move your body. Play football. Ride a bike. Join a gym. Find something you enjoy. Also think about how the opposite sex (or same) will lust after you!!

don't eat junk food or greasy food, eat lots of fruits and veggies and stick to an exercise routine.

put the sammich down and eat a pickle

void fat....red meat
eat fresh and fish

eat healthy and exercise.
