Wow i am tired and i hav to weightlift, what to do?!


Question: i need to weightlift today becuz i havent in like 5 days and i am tired like always, what can i do to get over being tired everytime i come back from skool, thx

Try working out in the morning, which will energize you for the rest of the day. If you have to work out later in the day, have a good quality whey protein shake about 30 minutes before you start hitting the weights, and psych yourself up -- imagine how good you'll feel and look after your workout instead of telling yourself how tired you are. Remember, the mind controls the body.

Have a short black coffee.. no sugar.

If you are always tired, it could be a vitamin defciency.. take a multi vitamin every day.. and also a vitamin B complex supplement.

And lay off the fatty foods.. these make you feel lethargic.

Shake it off, and stop being a pansy. JUST DO IT. Yell at yourself if you have to. Hit the irons, and don't let your inner woman tell you what to do.
