well i penis piercing would hurt more but what they do to lessin the pain they make u get a hard on and then make u have a oragasm and when u have the oragasm the quickly pierce it so there wont be that much pain but id go with the nipple piercing
aperantely penis piercing does not hurt that much, and it take 6 weeks to heal, i think its cool getting a PA, i also thinking of doing that,
Both hurt, but the penis is seems to be the more sensitive to me. I done both myself. Had no problems, but the penis is when it hangs, and if you have length get's a little painful as i'm finding. But love them both. Good Luck!
