hey dude your about normal but considering you are in or about to start puberty i wouldnt worry too much because you will grow at least another 5cm so yea good luck.

um im the same height minus one inch soooo....your not tall but not neccesairly short

I consider any man less than six feet to be short, but you're only 13 so you still have time. If, in five years you are still 5"4 or less than 6 feet, then yes, you are short.
