What is a good height and weight for a 16 year old asian male?!

hrm depends where in asia are you from? If your from the southern regions such as laos and southern china...5'6-5'7" is average height, in the north such as beijing and korea...5'10"-5'11" is average. Your weight sounds fine...asians pick up weight later on.
basically what its always gonna come to (gaining weight healthily, gettin big? and even if its not getting big, gettng cut), go to the gym , do weights/ run and drink protein shakes afterward.

You have to take in an enormous amount of calories and protein and you need to do some lifting.Squats in particular.But go slow and don't hurt yourself.It is difficult to bulk up with a fast metabolism.
My bf is Chinese, 5'10'' and a little over 170lbs. He doesn't look as big as he weighs, but it's basically muscle. He gained 10 lbs just lifting weights regularly at the gym for a few months. He also used protein shakes and ate healthier and with more portions. I think you just have to start working at it. Plus, I don't think weight means much, it should be more how you look overall. If you feel like you don't look too skinny, then you're fine. One thing that he does say is that being Asian, it takes more work to gain muscle and keep it. That's just an unfortunate part of genes, but obviously it's not impossible. Good luck.
