lol its normal it just keeps your penis skin from slididng down your penis

that skin is normal. if you are uncircumcised, then the skin is the way it was when you were born. during circumcision,, that skin is trimmed back with the rest of the foreskin so it isn't as prominent as on an uncircumcised person.

its normal.

It keeps from sliding down....

Cuz... the penis is very sensible... try dressing up AND pull down all the skin.... it doesnt feel good at all...

The skin protects your sensitiveness... so you can move freely and confortably.

go to doctor or get an anatomy book on the reproduction system.

thatll answer all of your penis related questions

The piece of skin covering your penis that you pull back is called the foreskin. The skin that attaches the foreskin to the shaft, near where the pee comes out is called the frenulum. Having these two pieces of skin indicates that you are uncircumcised, which is normal and the way you were born. Some guys are circumcised, which is an operation usually done to babies that removes both of these pieces of skin. There is no good reason for circumcising, and it greatly reduces the sensitivity of your penis, especially when you get older. You are fortunate to be uncircumcised. Hope this all helps.

its normal dude dont worry about it LOL

CHILL! thats totally normal!

It's normal. The piece of skin that holds the foreskin to the head is called the frenulum. You also have a frenulum under your tongue and lips.
