How long till I get a six pack?!


Question: I do about 500-1000 crunches a day and I started to workout at that level again today how long will it take me to get a six pack? I'm 13 and 175 pounds but dont look like it. anyone have an answer?

You are 175 pounds but you do not say how tall you are!

Quick answer .... a six pack of muscles can be developed with hardcore exercise .... but if you have a certain percentage of body fat or higher ... you will never be able to see the muscle definition you want. Losing weight (lowering body fat) in conjunction with exercise is the only way to get six pack abs.

just go to a mini mart and get your self some six packs...

that easy..

then sit, open the first can, enjoy, watch TV and eat some cheetos...

wow first you need to loss weight. cuz you are to small to lift weights you would not grow if you start lifting weights at small age but you are good doing that much crunches every day maybe in 5 months you will start noticing that 6 pack and really belive me iam in the us army.

its more quality not quantity, be consistant and persistant and then one day ull look in the mirror and discover ur sixpack...

You also have to watch your diet cos there can be a layer of fat stoppingit showing. Try a cardio work out too.

Doing thousands of crunches will not necessarily give you a washboard stomach. Everyone has abdominal muscles, and while some are bigger than others, it mainly depends on fat content as to how prominent the look. Anyone slim enough will be able to show off a six pack, regardless of how strong their stomach is. 175lbs at 13 sounds very heavy to me, I recommend trying to lose weight and see if this makes a difference.
