Can anyone help with a developmental question?!
Question: I am 23 and I dont think that I have completed puberty yet, my voice hasn't changed, my hands are still relatively small (compared to most men my age), I've never had a "wet dream", my facial hair is barely growing in. Also my sex drive is pretty much non-existant (I dont know if its connected to the other issues but I would like to find out). Is there something possibly wrong with me that needs to be checked out or is it possible that I am just developing later than most men? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd say you're overdue for a check up by your doctor. You may not be producing enough testosterone or pituitary hormone. Anything else here would be speculation.

See an Endocrinologist. They deal with disorders of hormones and will run all the appropriate tests.
Age 23 would be extremely late blooming. It's possible but extremely unlikely. Consult your doctor. S/he can do tests to determine if something is stopping you from maturing properly.
