Do i need surgery for Phimosis problem?!
Question: Hi, i'm 26yr old. i feel i have phimosis, as i cant remove my foreskin completely. last time, i was trying to have sex with my wife, it gave me a lot of pain. i felt i was not able to penetrate because of extreme pain that i had. then i tried to do it manually and i found after extreme effor, i can pass my foreskin the upper ring but not beyond that. i know, for a normal adult, it should back and forth quite easily. i'm not able to understand what should be done. i'm scare my married life could end because of this as i feel my penis is entrapped inside my foreskin.my penis length is just 100mm
please help.

You just need to stretch. Circumcision should only be used as a very last resort.
Wear a condom over the foreskin in its forward position during sex until you have stretched. That will prevent the pain of it being forced back by the thrusting.
