#1 rule: Any time you have to add the clause "Is it true--" it is 99.9% not true, like this "urban" myth. What special ingredient that MT. Dew has would cause such a dramatic physical response? If any food product caused body parts to change in shape or size, or color, etc, they would be banned from being sold. Mt. Dew contains water, corn syrup, citrus flavor, caffeine and carbon dioxide. None appear to be a hazardous substance.

yellow 5 is a chemical in Mntn dew and only mass quantities of that will damage sperm but even 2 cans everyday for the rest of your life wouldn't do it.
