Very embarrassing male issue.... Help!?!

Question: About a week ago, I've noticed small bugs in my genital area. They look like tiny, tiny ticks. They're in the pubic hair region and on my scrotum. They bite and it itches like hell!

My mom says thats perfectly normal, that her and my dad have the same thing.

Is this normal? Sometimes I wonder... I want to ask my friends if they have it, but I'm afraid they'll laugh at me.

havin gthat thing is mostly not normal go see a dr

That doesn't sound normal to me. I don't have them.

Well, this means you have pubic lice! You should get over-the-counter medication to treat it! Also, wash everything you made contact with because they could be there too. Another thing I'd advise is for you to shave of you pubic hair so they can cling on your genitals as much.

dude did yu say bugs? wow i dont thing BUGS are normal anywhere on your body especially there. man i think yu should give a visit to a doctor.

Sounds like you got crabs... basically like head lice except in the genital area..

No it is not normal. You have crab lice commonly called the crabs. You need to go to the drugstore and get some special shampoo and stuff to get rid of them. Ask the pharmacist for help.

Your dad and mom need to use the shampoo as well, and you need to spray the toilet seats in your house with bug spray and then clean it. All of your underwear needs to be washed separately in good hot water and possibly use some bleach if it is white.

These things are spread via sex or toilet seats.

I would not ask my friends or tell them anything unless you want to be called "coutie" the rest of your life.

this can't be a real question. But in the slight chance you are being sincere..........
You have "crabs" or pubic lice. You need to get some Lindane shampoo from the pharmacy and follow the directions on the bottle. Definitely not normal and definitely very contagious.

you all probably have crabs go to the doctor as soon as possible or it wont go

its crabs, shave your pubes to make them go away. Your parents are wrong its not normal.

It's called crabs, kinda like lice. You probably got it because you live in such close proximity to others that have it. You should go to a doctor and get rid of them!

OK not trying to hurt your feelings and no this isn't a laughing matter bugs are not good. You really need to make an appointment. All things aside I don't know how old you are? If your on your own insurance or your parents but there are free clinics in your area I'm sure. Please Please Please look into it. You don't want to share that with someone. Good Luck!

Are you kidding? if not your whole family needs to oh forget it,if you and your family are that dumb, there is no help for you.

You got crabs!

Congratulations, you've got crabs! It's very weird that your parents would have this and think it's normal and not do anything about it. They're normally transmitted sexually, so if you've had sexual partners recently they could be the reason, but it's also possible that you could have gotten it from your parents. In any case, from now on don't share towels or clothes with your parents from now on, they can't be trusted with these things. You can buy special shampoo to clean yourself all up, or you can see a doctor, or you can shave your pubes (better get the armpit hair too just to be safe, since sometimes they can get up there).

NOT NORMAL.
1. Shave clean.
2. Use anticeptic soap.
3. Shower 2x daily, always wear clean underwear afterward.
4. Tell your beloved parents to do the same things.
5. CLEAN the WHOLE HOUSE ! ! ! ! !

your famliy has a case of the crabs and need a pubic shampoo

Ok, if these are indeed "TICKS" you do NOT just want to leave them there. You want to see your family doctor and ask him about this. There are times ticks can pass on viruses and other infections. Now, again this is IF they are indeed Ticks.

Now if it's pubic hair acne, that again is different but can also be treated and such with good bathing habits and it again would NOT hurt to ask your doctor about this also.
It sounds like it might be a genetic issue, but still ask your doctor as he/she is more then aware of all family and genetic issues with you.

Erm sounds like the std called crabs man.
you should go get it checked out asap.

Dude CRABS look it up. If i were you id be washin all my sheets, clothes underwear EVERYTHING YOU OWN. And the pick through your pubes with a fine tooth comb.

Sorry to tell you this but you have caught what is known as "Crabs" from your parents!! It is NOT NORMAL. Go to your local drugstore and purchse a product called "Rid." Do not use any shared things in your household like sitting on the same toilet that is used by other family members. You must diligently clean all of the toilets in your house, especially the seats with a combination of 10% water and 90% liquid bleach to sanitize them. Use only one toilet in your home and do not let any else use it while you are under treatment. Otherwise you will keep the cycle going and get them over and over again from your parents and also pass them onto guests, friends, or other family members who use the unsanitized toilet. Also you must launder each towel after one use because you will reinfest yourself. Do not wipe your face with the same towel you wipe your body with because the crabs can infect your eyes. Wash your hands alot with soap and water. Your parents must also be treated with Rid! Look up "Crabs" online for proof to show your parents if you need to convince them that they must take care of this health problem. If you are sexually active your partner should be told and if necessary treated.

The only time crabs are normal is on your dinner plate......

It is normal if you live in a double wide trailer. They are crabs.

sounds like your family doesnt take much care of themselfs...
