Exercise...blokes question...?!

Question: do you find that regular exercise increases your sex drive? also has anyone noticed any difference between working out and cardiovascular exercise? Ithink it has some affect but not sure if it makes you a better lover...what you reckon lads?

Its just more to do with the fact that when u look good she wants u to screw her more, i found that with my mrs. i lost weight and she wanted sex more often, plus uv got a better heart rate/blood pressure so ur erections are harder, and better for her, so she'll want screwed more often.
plus the area of fat around the base of ur penis gets less so ur dick looks bigger, which means shell get more turned on.
generally having a healthy body leads to better sex for numerous reasons. and if u get sex more ur libido rises because it gets used to it.

better healthy body = better longer lasting sex FACT

Nothing in it libido wise really, but the additional stamina sure helps! :0)

Bash the Bishop daily helps.

Sometimes it gets the blood pumping & muscles bulging & I feel extra sexy & want some action.
I can definatly feel the diffence between cardio & working out & see the difference as well. Before I satrted working out, i was skinny, now Im bigger (not muscly) but toned & need bigger shirts now.

Ummm... good question. Sex drive = libido. I guess anything that would make you feel better might increase your natural libido. Vigous cardiovascular exercise runs up endophin levels, feel good brain chemicals. Don't know what effect it has on testosterone or other libido harmones.

I can remember being extra horny after running for several miles. Not sure what the running had to do with it.
