Sleeplessness can be caused if you are stressed or worrying about something , like exams or an important event coming up
At 14 you should not be having to rely on artificial means of getting to sleep , and it isn't working anyway .
make sure you are as physically active as you can be so that you are physically tired when you go to bed , Try to get into a routine of bed time relating to when you need to get up in the morning . And above all you need to be mentally relaxed when you go to bed. If all that is still failing to help , then consult your GP

Do exercise.. make yourself overfatique or very tired. Drink milk and eat alot.

Tylenol is not a sleep inducer,I would talk to a doctor about your insomnia problem.

if 2 don't work, 3 won't help most likely. Also, it is dangerous to take too much Tylenol at once. It doesn't take much to fry your liver.

Try getting more exercise during the day, eat healthier, and take a shower before bed.

If these steps don't work, ask your parents to take you to the doctor to talk about other methods, like ambien or lunesta, or a sleep study program to find out why you're having such insomnia. Good luck, and sweet dreams.

Tylenol in some situation might make you stay awake. Is it with paracetamol and caffeine for working when you are sick?
Better go to doctor. There must be some worries what don't let you sleep. Try to think about something what makes you happy. You best book or movie, drink a glas of milk and go sleep.

drink milk&eat a lot.

i think you need to see a doctor because that too young for you to be having problems like that.
