Strength training on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday?!
Question: My college schedule allows me to go to the gym on these three days.
What would be the best way to split up the major muscle groups when working out?
My guess would be something like:
Tuesday: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms/Back
Any suggestions? I am training for strength.

Do your entire strength routine on Tuesdays and Fridays...squat, deadlift, bench press, etc., the works. Keep it moving and keep it brief.
On Thursday do some cardio.
