It has been proven that pumps and enlargement pills do not work, but more hormones can.
Option 1...surgery.....they can cut the tendon and make it longer, and then remove fat from the body and add it to increase the girth.

If you are a full grown adult, your out of luck unless you choose surgery.
If your still growing, you can find these hormone pills over the counter at health places like GNC. You must be 18 years of age to buy them...Have a uncle, cousin or older friend to buy them. I have took these since high school to increase my strength for sports. and yes it does have extra benefits. I prefer T-Bombs 2.........This is a testosterone booster and estrogen blocker.... Lets see. I don't know how you have half an inch unless your like a baby. There's not a lot of good things that can enlarge it.
Half an inch eh... I didn't think the impossible was possible. But ye there are inlargement pills/surgery you could do...
Mhhh... it would be an hard work, but... Yes... you can enlarge your penis... Anyway, surgery will be disastrous, because your penis is to small... Pumps won't work either...
I suggest you do some manual exercises (you can find/buy them on the web). They work, but you need some time and don't even think to gain more than 2 inches...
