Question: I am 16 and was "babysitting" my 10 yr old cousin, when i went to get him ready for bed i took him to the toilet and got him to brush his teeth, while he was doin that i took a leak at the toilet next to it, well anyway i got to the end and i got some toilet paper pulled my foreskin back to wipe the pee off the helmet and stuff, and my cousin was like "wow how do you do that, does it hurt" and stuff, and i jus showed him like how ipull my skin back and my helmet and said he can do that too if he wants (hes uncircumcised too) not really thinkin at the time that hes only 10... was i wrong to do that, and do u think when he's older he'll remember it?

Completely wrong! You as a baby sitter have no right to be touching an underage child. This child could claim molestation charges. You had no right to even be using the bathroom with him present! You could be in serious trouble. If he didn't know how to do it which I doubt, unless he wears a diaper, you could have informed his father or mother.
Thats touchy, I would let your father/mother know ahead of time in case he mentions it to his parents. Even though it wasnt in a "dirty" manner, his parents still might freak.

Technically you're teaching him to be more hygenic with himself, so no that's not wrong. As long as it wasn't sexual, everybody else is being oversensitive about the issue.
Honestly I can't think of anything I learned specificly at ten, so he may not even remember, even if he starts cleaning himself the way you did or do what you showed him.
Worst case scenario he becomes more hygenic and avoids the difficulty of a foreskin that won't pull back when he's older because he never stretched it when he was young.
That is indeed embarassing, and (sorry) very wrong, you might wanna consider telling his parents, even though that will be even more embarassing, but it would be better if they heard it from you than their 10 year old son...and i'm sorry 2 say he will probably remember that.

Anyway, it sounds to me like it was a totally innocent situation. I would let his parents know that the situation took place and tell them that you hope it doesn't bother them. If my younger cousins were babysitting my son and that situation took place I would not be upset at all.
