Yes, youre penis is broken. The only way to fix it is to get someone elses penis (probably your boyfriend I suggest), pull his penis and when the same goo leaks out, wipe it on yours where the actual break is. Wrap it in elastic sticky bandage and wait 7 days. Peel off bandage and you should be right.
