Is it normal that im 22 and i still pick my own nose?!
Question: i just never was taught to stop but i dont feel any guilt
i just dont pick my nose around people but then i was a very stubborn child back in the day

i believe everyone picks their nose.
i pick and flick.(only when no one but my daughter and husband are around) lol
Perfectly normal. Now if you said you picked and ate.....not normal.
Everyone does it, though no one admits it, much like masturbation. I have heard also, that eating your boogers will help improve your immune system, as you're exposing yourself to any germs that may reside in them in small amounts, small enough for your body to recognize it and create a proper defense for it. Of course, that's only what I've heard, so take it with a grain of salt.
Try not to. But it's normal, I should say.
