Not unless you're thinking about tattooing your genitals. :-P Providing they are done properly and you don't suffer any blood-borne illness, a tattoo is purely a skin-deep decoration and will not affect any of your other bodily functions.

As long as you don't put them on your balls, I don't see how it would effect sperm count.

Absolutely not, unless you're getting it on the inside of your urethra. Otherwise, it will have no direct physiological effect.

I seriously doubt there is any correlation whatsoever.

Tattoos are like scars combined with drawing on yourself.
If you cut your finger, and draw on your hand, do you think your sperm will be affected?

So long as you use a hygenic tatooist you should be okay.

I don't know.

However, I do know that tats in an MRI can cause RF burns.
