Can males use Aqua-Ban or Diurex for water/excess weight?!
Question: I have a bit of a gut...but I dont think its really all fat. I hardly eat 3 meals a day (which I know is not healthy) and when I do eat...its one medium sized meal in the middle/end of the day...could it be water weight or something else???

Sure men can take diuretics for water retention as well as women. I think the main reason is the same as mine, we only one real meal a day and it is late in the day, that is the worst.
Do a lot of exercises for the middle. Good lasix and diuretics are prescriptions. But there are some over the counter that aren't as strong, be ready to go pee very often, if you muscles start spams and hurt you need more potassium while taking them.===
