I've somehow managed to stop looking at porn for like over 70 days, but I can't seem to stop masturbating, the record for stopping that has been 27 days, it was like even if I saw a woman who was butt ugly I became insanely horny. How do I beat this?
I don't want to masturbate because it makes me feel humiliated. It's like I'm raping my soul or something.

I understand your difficulty you are grappling with natures strongest urge.
The best way to stop any habit is to replace that habit with something else. I this case keeping yourself active through sport or the like may be useful.
I am not saying you should stop - just suggesting some ways which may be helpful.

There's nothing wrong with masturbating. It's very normal and very enjoyable. Some people just have higher sex drives than others. I'd advise you to just enjoy it before you hit 80 and wish you had done it more often.

If it makes you feel humiliated (or raping your soul?) then it almost certainly goes back to something in your childhood / upbringing.
You're 22. It's normal. A good therapist will help your over it if you can't deal with it yourself.
