Iv asked so many times, i CANNOT sleep?!


Question: within the past three days iv gotten maby 8 hours of sleep

i feel like crud, becuase i cant sleep

nyquil dosent work, Tylenol PM dosent work

nothing works

You Do Onething. If You Dont Get Sleep At Night You Dont Sleep. Suppose Its 2 Am And Your Not Getting Sleep Than Dont Even Sleep At That Night. I Think You Will Become Sleppy At 4 Or 5 am But You Even Dont Sleep At That Time. Just Keep Awake And Watch T.V Or Do Other Things But Dont Sleep!! Stay Awake Till Morning And Please Dont Sleep. After Some Time Like 10 Or 9 Am You Will Be Normal But After Eating You Will Fell Sleppy BUT DONT EVEN SLEEP AT THAT TIME!! At Like 9 Pm Or 10 Pm Eat Your Dinner And Than Sleep. I Know Its Hard But If You Follow It You Will Come In Time Table.

Calm down. Stress will keep you awake no matter what. Do some serious meditation and separate your worried mind from the world.
Ask yourself, "Is there anything I can do about such and such task right now?!?". If the answer is no, put it aside. Do this until all the worries have left.

Relax yourself by imagining your feet resting slightly deeper into the bedding, and slowly work your way up the rest of the body, visualizing and sensing the relaxation. If worrisome thoughts come sneaking back, ask yourself the same questions as previously mentioned, and start again.

If these don't work, try and take some time to figure out what has you the most stressed during your regular day. Maybe you need to figure some things out with a counselor, or talk to a doctor about an anxiety reliever or sleep aid.

If the drugs are not working you may actually have something wrong. And maybe you should see a doctor.

However if I can not fall asleep becuse something is worry me I write them down. Or do something which will tire you out. Read a book or something to distract your mind and you will nod off.

Make your room as dark as possible and then lie there in bed and concentrate on staring at something in the room that still has some light on it. You concentrate on keeping your eyes WIDE OPEN as you stare.. Remember to force your eyes to stay WIDE OPEN, I mean to say DO NOT let them close. You do not want to close your eyes. Focus on that spotand nothing else. Let us know how it works!
