Yeah thats normal, specially when u first start wearing them, just cos its different i think, you're less restricted, you actually have room enough to get an erection with boxers.
Could be a bit embarressing if there's any girls about, but I figure you'll get used to it. don't go back to briefs, I find boxers much more better.

Dude you probibly just changed from a restrictive hold your junk together underware to boxers that have no restrictions so it is movin around and free it doesnt know how to react to its newfound freedom so as you are walking its movin aournd and rubbin your clothes and schwing it thinks it is getting som stimulation. eventually you will get used to your boxers and things will just be hangin

It could be from the excitement of wearing something new and the fabric stimulates you a little more than the briefs did.
You are flopping around and enjoy the sensation. Go back to normal underwear-- good quality briefs, not white tighties, but good fashion briefs. Boxers are for old men. And guys into ugly baggy saggy underwear.
