You need to talk to her. If you're irresponsible enough to think that things are over simply over a fight, that's... dull of you to think that way.
You need to talk to her after you've both cooled off. It's not over until it's confirmed. And trying to work it out is better than having random sex (that doesn't mean anything in a spiritual sense.)

A majority of girls will storm out after an argument and leave it up to to you to see if you'll make the right choice by her. If you go out she'll definitely be p*ssed off, if you try and make up with her she'll know you care for her. So...your choice, do you want the relationship or not..??
