Yeah, but what matters is how heavy it is. Most girls tend to get hornier when they're on their period anyway. If you're both comfortable with it, what's stopping you? Just wash well afterwards, or do it in the shower. It's really not that different from popping a cherry (as in the bloody mess, I mean).
