It's perfectly normal for a 14 year old boy, and an erect penis will be larger than a flacid one, anyways. I question the 12 year old with the 6 inch penis, but I guess it's possible, just not at all average. I could tell you that at 14 I don't really think you should be worried about taking your relationship to a level involving the use of your penis, but I know you won't listen anyways, just be safe.
And just so you know....no matter what all the guys on here are telling you, the average flacid (non-erect) penis size is 3.4 inches....on full grown males.

Well since i do not know if that is erect or flacid, it is hard to say whether it is normal or not. But if you are talking erect, it is likely that your body is starting late and you may not be very large as you get older, but you will likely be in the average size range and that is all you can hope for and even then the doctor is the only one that can prescribe hormones that will help.

i would say, it's pretty normal. The avarage penis is 5-7 inches. Your just in your starting years of growing. Think of what it will be like when your 18.
