When i workout sometimes?!


Question: Sometimes when im in gym at school or whatever. I get shakey, dizzy, and i sweat alot, and it only lasts like 5minutes, whats up with this?!!?!?!

I would call it oncoming dehydration or you getting weak from skipping meals. Drink more water when you work out and be sure to eat enough food at mealtimes. It is possible to be fit and still eat suitable meals.

fatigue?

You are either pushing yourself or something is actually wrong. If you are doing sets of 20 squats, it wouldn't surprise me if you got dizzy and shaky, that is normal. If you're not getting enough water, vitamins, or carbs, get more!

dehydration, and lack of blood sugar. Sounds like you need to be taking more b-vitamins as well if you are going to be working out.

may be lactic acid... the energy level did not matches the workload that you do in the gym

could be low blood sugar see a doctor for a full evaluation

could be you are not eating before and after a workout like you should.
