Start lifting weighs and eat more protein and drink protein shakes. Don't just start gorging on food because that is unhealthy.
Fat weighs less than muscle. You want to build muscle. Lift weights, you will build muscle and stimulate your appetite. Lift heavy weights that are a strain to do more than 6-10 times.
