I have a flagging libido?!

Question: I know that I'm going through a bout of depression. I've been working hard to feel better, exercising and taking medications. The panic attacks are annoying. I'm sure it's depression and I am hoping that that is why I am not really interested in sex. Still, I really enjoy feeling a strong sex drive. Do any of you have a suggestion for what I can do. I'm 28 and single and have a job I enjoy for the most part. Could it be the winter? Any advice? Thanks for the time.

It could be any or all of the things that you have written about....most likely the medication(s) or the situational depression. It may just be that system overload from what all you are going on with in your life right now. I really would not worry too much about it. I know, from experience of my own, that system overload blunts sexual prowess. You are right to wonder and ask but really try and relax and let your SD get over with and I do believe that you can eventually get off the meds and be your old sexy self again....be patient. Whatever you 'stuf' now, will certainly return in the future to haunt you. Best of luck to you!

well, if its the winter, there are special light bulbs you can purchase and can google them. also, some medications interfere w/sexual interest/arousal. you said you are single. perhaps your lack of libido is because you have not found a compatible partner. maybe it will all come together when you do. id bet on it.
