I guess that all depends. Did you cheat on your girlfriend with her sister? Or did you date them at separate times. I guess what I would do is be upfront and honest. Tell your girlfriend you got an outbreak of warts and that she should get herself checked. I wouldn't tell her you got them from her sister because you might not have. Warts are caused by a virus, and can lay dormant in the body for years. You could;ve been exposed to them 5 yrs ago, and just now get an outbreak.Besides, it doesn't really matter who you got them from, so just tell her you don't know.
