Talk to your doctor... It's probably a hormone inbalance that'll right it's way in the future (18-20). Gyno is no fun, no doubt. I have it too and it sucks. I'm not overweight, I lift weights and I'm very active. And no... I don't take steroids. I'm 19 and I'll probably have to get surgery which is very disappointing. Definitely talk to your doctor though, man...

isn't that man boobs

its a benign condition sounds like you may have what they call a idiopathic hormone imbalance

Heard of it... try training the chest areas.. it might help, but be cautious since is not 100percent, it may make thing worse

You may have to has surgery to reduce it. It is one of those "men's conditions" that no one really talks about

Big breasted men!

Seek help from your MD. As you know, there are several potential causes:

* puberty (I hope this is your cause....it'll go away if it is)
* steroid abuse (are you using steroids?)
* obesity (may have to lose weight if you are)
* marijuana use (this is in question in some research)
* tumors
* genetic disorders
* chronic liver disease
* side effects of many medications (are you taking meds?)
* castration
* Klinefelter Syndrome
* Gilbert's Syndrome
* aging (not your problem)
Correcting some of these causes will help. If not, surgery is a probability.
