You measure your penis from it's base on the pubic bone to the tip of the head. If you have a bit of bulk down there, you'll have to press that down to the bone as far as you can so you can measure as much of your penis as you can.
Tip to where the base meets the abdomen. Right across the top of it, not pushing in on anything. Only "useable" portions.
For girth, no "California wraps".
get out a classic ruler and dont jam it in to yourself mcuh. its easy
cut it off and throw it next to a ruler
