Removal of a hemorrhoid is a minor surgical procedure done by a physican and it's called a hemorrhoidectomy.
I think you have confused this with hemodialysis, which is a procedure that people with renal (kidney) failure must undergo several times a week to rid the body of waste that the kidneys can no longer filter.
They are two entirely different and unrelated procedures.
