How tall are your parents and have you had your growth-spurt yet?
It isn't uncommon for guys to continue growing into their late teens.
As for the weight, age will fix that, unfortunately.
You won't get much taller; you may get a bit heavier. Another ten pounds or so won't hurt if it goes in the right places.
